I like this one a little better than the calm app. Much more free content. Wide variety of coaches and I like how they split it up into different topics based on what you need. Plenty of available content for beginners and I like that it tracks your progress. I've used the on the go portion a ton and like how you can customize your meditation by time and needs. Waiting to see if I can unlock any of the content with continued use. Really enjoy it. Only thing holding me from 5 stars is the price.
I really enjoy this meditation. This is so helpful and this is a very great way to help in many shapes and forms such as to relax, for sleep, at work, stressors, for relationships and so much more! There are many speakers and you also have a choice in setting the amount of time you are willing to listen for. There are many great teachers who have a lot of insight, knowledge and wisdom to a better and happier you, or let's say more joyful! There are flexible meditation whether its a guided podcast for certain things you seek or a more breathing techniques and pauses to relax the mind. This is really great and I enjoy every moment I get to meditate! Thankyou!
I have just started using this app in the very early AM today and used only 2 meditations so far. I am trying to break the habit of rushing to judgment, but I am really loving what I have found so far! You really knocked it out of the park with the morning meditation in bed one! I'm not sure yet, but I just might be upgrading and uninstall my other meditation app! Keep up the good work guys and I might be a lifer!
I've been going through a lot of stress, this has affected my sleep and my personality. A friend recommended this app to me, and I noticed a change within the first 2 days. My mind is constantly going, filled with worries and it seemed impossible to turn off...this app has helped me focus on myself, even if it's just for 5 minutes a day, it's made a huge difference
it's been helpful at keeping me consistent. i wasn't able to use it offline today when flying like planned. airplane mode apparently signed me out and i wasn't able to get past the login screen since it wanted an online account.
I really like that there are short meditations and long ones. I always thought I was terrible at meditating but I got through 5 minutes easy and suddenly had the confidence to try every day! This app makes it much easier to learn meditation if you struggle with focus already. I knew meditating would help manage my anxiety and ADHD, now I can ACTUALLY do it!
