Overall thrilled to have so many practice tools to help me run my office. Most wished for? Default settings available that can assume the client is a minor. That way emails, notices, new client entry, etc. for minor clients are clear to parents who is who in the system.
The desktop software is great with a few minor exceptions. The mobile app is missing important functionality when it comes to scheduling. First and foremost there is no distinction regarding your availability from day to day. If you set up your schedule on the desktop with days and or times blocked off, there is no way to tell on the mobile app when you're not available. Mistakes with scheduling can be easily made. Secondly, The day jumps back and forth when trying to schedule a future date. Finally, deleting a session on the mobile app did NOT delete it on the desktop. Viewing is also horrible I liked the view of Google Calendar a WHOLE lot better. I could easily view my whole week which is a necessity for a busy therapist!
Perfect and amazing. It's so easy to use. I can easily keep track of paperwork and client information, as well as payment and scheduling. I love this app, it combines all of my favorite features and makes them accessible anywhere and anytime I need them.
Like the constant upgrades. I've wanted to switch a couple of times but I kept believing...looking forward to new cool features.
Works great for me and the agency I work for. Once you familiarize yourself with the features it makes like much easier!
Great app and is working well. Would love to have more editing functions for intake forms though guys!
