I turned on the push notifications to track my parcels but I never got any. The interface when switching between the parcel tracking page and the main page is very badly done. I had to quit the whole app to go back to the main menu. I have two parcels to track and I can't even go back to the list of tracking numbers that I've entered. Same thing, had to quit the app.

Big lie of an app. One of the worst apps I came across. I have taken it off my phone . It serves only to clutter and give a sense that you can access help from singpost. And singpost does not entertain your call for tracking. If you can, just avoid using singpost. Put me on hold forever maybe an hour and in the end no one answered. How ridiculous and useless is that.

This has got to be an embarrassment. Interface elements are totally broken, saved information disappears from the app and login is forced to Facebook. Of course, the one thing it's supposed to do well, it doesn't do at all. Parcel status of delivered items remain "invalid" and you get zero notifications. Please, do better.
