Ratings and reviews

Like most government applications. Extremely buggy, unreliable and honestly quite useless at some points in time. For example, recently, have been met with a T&C page that causes it to go to a singpass login page. Upon trying to login, it fails and im stuck not being able to access it.

The Health Buddy is unreliable when it comes to appointment notifications. I would expect the app to remind me a few days in advance for an upcoming appointment but it failed often in such simple tasks. I have a doctor's consultation appointment tomorrow (24 March) which was prearranged 6 months ago, and the app is still failing to notify me of it while I am at it typing this review for Health Buddy.

I have 2 kids. I can only see one kid record. the other kid's name doesn't appear. when I added the other kid's name into it, it said that I had previously added it. so I can't add the other kid's name into it, because it was added previously. there is no feedback in the system or contact or email written in the apps!!!!
