Very buggy app. The plans always include some unwanted add ons that we won't use, and it will pnly appear in your app a few days AFTER the contract start date. and when you click unsubscribe, it will says confirmed, but then when you go back to my add ons again, it is still available to unsubscribe. why is it not greyed out so we know which one we have unsubscribed. I got duplicates of the same add ons in my plan. direct you to site for some functions, not convenient at all.

I need to get off Singtel asap once the contract is over. I haven't been able to see my broadband bills on this app. Walked in to the physical store and they said for app matters have to use the online help. The in-app chat is slow, and once I get out of the chat, when i try to go back in, it takes forever to load the conversation, sometimes it doesn't load. I have been using the old Singtel app (the white one) to see my bills, but it's not easy to use and doesn't have reminders. I give up.

$395 roaming charge for 13 mb (not gb) of data use! Be very careful with roaming charges... Their app makes it very easy to be charged hundreds of dollars ($395 for me) for even an accidental background use of 13 megabytes. I appreciate Singtel's "concerns" and "strong advice" to turn it off, but why doesn't Singtel just make it a default setting? Why does it make sense to make it so easy to incur hundreds of dollars in completely unintended charges?

Hi there, while we still strongly advise turning off data roaming on your device and in the My Singtel App if you don’t have a roaming plan while travelling, as pay-per-use charges can go up to $25/MB and are payable to the network operator, we’ll definitely share your suggestion with our relevant teams for their future reviews.
