The app was great but ruined with ads nonstop. The app used to be buggy and slow, auto set to China on open but I let that all go as the tracker was very cheap and the software was free. Now the app is unuseable with ads non-stop without allowing me access to my tracking. I can not recommend this app to anyone and can not recommend these trackers anymore. I need access to track assets in case of theft and with the popup ads it will cause me to lose my vehicle. Stay away from this developer.

Did work !. Now nothing only ads . I have 10 unit's. Can't use any of them. Told by customer service, server updated. Since, operates periodically. Device list button unavailable. Have to log in each unit individually. Only tracks if lucky by calling sim number. Past 2 days app crashed. No service but ads in abundance. Either hacked or as normal with these apps in depute with Google maps. Don't waste your time and money here. Buy a different product.

Took a little while to set up, using the "tiny manual" for sms use, but once that was done I progressed to the online app. Big lack of video etc, like You Tube, from the company itself so you rely on other users, some of which are hard to follow. But after some time,I worked out all functions for the app and my preferences to use it. Now works really well, excellent, does exactly what I want. Sinotrack should do videos for each model and in depth - but easy for users to follow!. Otherwise great.
