This isn't really useful. The only thing that is easy to use is pulling up your pass. I've been 3 times since I've had the pass and it still only shows 1 visit. The map is awful and is not helpful at all. Y'all really should refer to the My Disney Experience app. That is way more user friendly. Your app is terrible guest wise! Why as a pass holder should I not know wait times before I go? Why can't I click on an attraction and it pops up the name? Lazy work on your part.

pretty sub par. the ride wait estimates are not very good.. but the bigger issue for me are basic pass add-ons that refuse to link to the account in the app, won't activate, or just straight up don't work. I end up stuck forever in line waiting to get my issues resolved at customer services and even then, it seems like it's 50/50 if it actually works after. The photo pass also seems to never work.. for some reason the park scanners cannot read the QR codes in the android app.

This app is terrible. I miss the Knott's Berry farm app; don't understand why there was an integration, this app is glitchy, doesn't load, and doesn't share information the old app used to. We purchased meal tickets through the app and they didn't load but we got charged for them. Daily shows and events don't load. Find my car feature doesn't work. During the boysenberry festival we weren't able to purchase tasting tickets on the app which we've always done in previous years. Very disappointed.
