Ratings and reviews

They promote this app at the park because they don't hand out maps anymore. Well, maybe it's good for other things - but the "interactive" map was pretty much worthless. I guess it was GoOd that your location showed up on the map, but really not even. Nothing except rides, food, & stores were labeled... so even though you might have a pin of where you were, there was no way to reference where you were trying to go. I recommend just taking a pic of the big map at the front - it's a better option.

app is so broken. they insist that you can check what rides are operating, but that only works if you're already at the park. otherwise everything shows as open. add-ons that are supposed to apply at multiple parks are only showing up on home park. navigation is poor. can't even use the app for fast lane reservations, you have to use a separate website for that.

I used this at Canada's Wonderland. I've used the app before and had a flawless experience with purchasing one use fast pass tickets, but this time when I tried, it failed over and over. I would purchase the tickets for a ride, it would say purchase successful, but it would never give me the ticket. I tried multiple cards. Guest services couldn't help me and the kiosks where you're supposed to be able to purchase the one time fast pass only take you back to the faulty app. Fix this.
