Ratings and reviews

They promote this app at the park because they don't hand out maps anymore. Well, maybe it's good for other things - but the "interactive" map was pretty much worthless. I guess it was GoOd that your location showed up on the map, but really not even. Nothing except rides, food, & stores were labeled... so even though you might have a pin of where you were, there was no way to reference where you were trying to go. I recommend just taking a pic of the big map at the front - it's a better option.

One of the worst experiences with an app I've had. It errored out when I tried to buy a pass on the app, so I had to go to the website. Then after purchasing my pass, the app errored out when I tried to add the pass using the pass ID. Then when entering my information to look up my pass it can't find it. All this plus other minor bugs like selecting my birthdate on their calendar forces it to be one day off.

Overall, the app is okay. Navigation is nice. Finding rides, food, etc. on the map is convenient. Having tickets, season passes, and add-ons at my fingertips instead of on paper is nice. My only real concerns are: It really needs updated, and the daily add-ons aren't on there. There are non-existent rides and guest services kiosks on the app. Wait times are inaccurate. Daily add-ons are email only and not attached to in app tickets/passes. Other than that, it's not bad.
