The app technically works, I can pay my bills and see my usage stats but everything else is just below average. The design somehow looks like an early 2010s webpage, the colors are not eye pleasing, options are cluttered everywhere, no security at all, some of the options (changing mobile no, notification settings, etc) don't work. Hilarious how the leading and profitable ISP here make such an unintuitive, confusing and ancient looking app because this seems done for a school project.

Poor Customer Service MySLT app is useless when it comes to customer support. My 4G router hasn’t worked for a week, and even after submitting complaints through the app, I got no proper response. SLT customer service is terrible—hard to reach, always giving the same replies, and never solving the issue. Very disappointing experience.

When are you fixing the option to pay bills in your app? For almost a year, it just shows "Service will be available soon,sorry for the inconvenience". This isn't just some minor inconvenience, it's just negligence from your end. Don't even deserve 1 star until you fix this
