this whole app is an invonvinience. useless, cannot do anything when you want to do it. I have been wanting to log in for quite sometime but was unabled. super dissapointed

I recently started using an SLT Mobitel router and installed this app to monitor payments and router details. Unfortunately, the app always shows “Service Temporarily Unavailable” and does not load any useful information. Additionally, the user interface looks outdated and poorly designed, which makes the overall experience frustrating. Please fix the backend issues and improve the UI/UX. This app needs serious improvement. For a leading telecom provider, this quality is unacceptable.

The user interface is horrible! I suddenly can't find the data usage and I can't find the option where I can add extra GB. Please bring back the previous app, it was so much easier to use! Plus half the time it comes as "service unavailable". Please bring back the previous app, as it was very much convenient to use, and no such issues came.
