I've been a customer of SLT for along time now and about a year ago when they convinced me to finally switch over to fiber i was not expecting this,at first it was fine used it no problem but as time went the router slowed down in a rapid rate to the point where as of writing this the router is completely bricked, not letting any of my devices connect, never had the line cut paid my bills, the app fine, but the internet connection the shittiest one I've used so far, worst technicians also👎

App looks ancient and usability of the application is pretty bad as well. it barely gets the job done and please add a way to downgrade through the app, nobody got the time to write letters to y'all and beg when we need to downgrade something. it's a scam on its own btw. they allow easy upgrades but deliberately makes the downgrade process hard so the user might not go through with it and keep the upgrade. shame on you SLT. Disgusting. I'm thinking of switching to Starlink or something new.

Basic features like complaint submission form is not working. dropdown for complaint type is no populating hence there is no way to lodge a complaint. and There is lack of proper complaints management. i cannot see the past complaints made through the app
