About this app

SMARTcare's role-based point-of care application allows caregivers to clock in and clock out of shifts, access their schedule, request time off, request to work specific times or shifts, manage their workflow, complete assigned care tasks, indicating service level upon completion, record care notes, file mileage and expense reimbursement requests, download important documents and store them safely within the app, and communicate in a HIPAA-compliant environment with agency office staff. Schedulers use the application to approve or deny time-off requests and shift-fulfillment requests, match clients and caregivers, set up and manage shifts, communicate securely with other staff and clients, and much more.

this app has different name. It sends me texts but cannot log in or out even though i downloaded smartcares app on phone. i can only use "maybe" on my laptop and onky when going thru the link my employer send thru email! simply aweful app.

After the newest update, I can no longer scroll to the second set of options on the sidebar since the button is behind the android navigation bar. Right now, I have no way of viewing the second page of options, which could be a problem. Update: The new update says they fixed this, they didn't. At least not for me.

I'm continuing to update my previous reviews, recently I've noted a differant name on the smartcare texts it sends my phone it's aaniie care now? Haven't really seen any changes on the app itself, it continues to report scheduled dates with clients I don't service on and reports me late clocking in or out on these dates I don't work! reports my GPS incorrectly when I am suppose to work stating I'm miles away from the client when I'm sitting in their home next to them! they report hours wrong!
