SMARTcare's role-based point-of care application allows caregivers to clock in and clock out of shifts, access their schedule, request time off, request to work specific times or shifts, manage their workflow, complete assigned care tasks, indicating service level upon completion, record care notes, file mileage and expense reimbursement requests, download important documents and store them safely within the app, and communicate in a HIPAA-compliant environment with agency office staff. Schedulers use the application to approve or deny time-off requests and shift-fulfillment requests, match clients and caregivers, set up and manage shifts, communicate securely with other staff and clients, and much more.

Ratings and reviews

After the newest update, I can no longer scroll to the second set of options on the sidebar since the button is behind the android navigation bar. Right now, I have no way of viewing the second page of options, which could be a problem. Update: The new update says they fixed this, they didn't. At least not for me.

The app was working fine when I first started using it for work. Now I can't even sign in. It keeps telling my password is invalid!

This app used to work perfectly fine...I been using it for 2 years but now I can't even login ...It keeps saying password invalid whether it's my finger print or I act type on my password...I'm frustrated at this point.
