About this app
SmartShift is the employee app for time tracking and shift scheduling from SmartShift. It is designed for employees of companies that use SmartShift. Access is set up by the employer.
YOUR WORK SCHEDULE, ALWAYS WITH YOU
View your published work schedule for the coming weeks: shift times, days off, and vacation at a glance. The widget on the home screen shows you when your next shift starts.
WORK HOURS AT A GLANCE
Track your recorded hours day by day, including breaks and daily balance. The history shows each completed month with actual and target hours. For part-time jobs, the app also displays the remaining monthly budget.
REQUESTS DIRECTLY FROM THE APP
Submit requests for vacation, days off, or shift preferences, and report sick, with an optional note for your supervisors. You can see the status of each request in real time, and you will be notified of decisions via push notification.
LOG IN QUICKLY AND SECURELY
Log in using Face ID, fingerprint, or password. You decide how secure the app should be. At your company's terminal, you can log in using a QR code.
DATA PROTECTION
SmartShift processes your data solely for time tracking and shift planning for your company. There is no advertising, no tracking, and no sharing with third parties. All data is transmitted encrypted and stored on servers in the EU.
Note: To use the app, you need access provided by your employer. Self-registration is not possible.
