Not reliable. I checked on this app to make sure that the movie is available on the sm that I'm going to. But when I got there, the movie isn't scheduled that day. Happened to me twice

Easy to navigate, I booked, I bought the ticket via email, I went to the movies. Easy as that.

Honestly useless. For the 4th time in a row, the booking was not successful but I was charged so I had to go line up to the counter to explain what happened and get the physical ticket. Bear in mind that you pay for an additional "convenience fee" when buying a ticket in this app. I'm not upset at the fee if only the booking is successful. Charging your users the convenience fee when they are actually inconvenienced by your buggy app as they had to line up anyway. You should be ashamed.
