~Aug 2026 Update: from 5 to 3 stars due to unexpected charge for using my debit card and a 3-5 day delay for it to be free. Payments were due now. I've loved & used this app for years and referred many to it. But I'll be looking for a new option at end year.~ Easy way to pay bills! I love using this app to pay medical bills which I would have to call to pay or mail otherwise. Initial set up was easy and it takes only a few minutes to pay a bill now.

Paid a one-time bill with this. They tricked me, without choice, into saving my credit card number. When this one time transaction was done they tried to sell me an overpriced $39 per month subscription. Definitely an unscrupulous company. Now I have to be carefully watching my credit card for unauthorized charges from these people and whomever manages to get my credit card from them. CREEPS!

Slow, crashed multiple times. I was forced to use the app when I went to pay a bill and this was their only online option. The site makes you enter your phone number then it text you a link to download the app. The app is nothing more than a third party billing service and it routinely asks you to pay other bills from the app. You also do not get immediate confirmation of your payment. The app starts the process and tells you they will email you when the payment is made. I will be deleting ASAP!
