Ratings and reviews

The app is just terrible. It feels sluggish, dated and unresponsive. The quick guide pops up every time I open it, even though I selected that I don't want it . The worst part is that every time a major update is out I get logged out and then I cannot log back in despite using the correct credentials. So I have to change the credentials(which is a tedious process because it needs facial recognition etc.) or it may decide to work after some attempts with the EXACT same credentials each time.

It's more than a year that I am using this service. I experienced tons of bugs, which makes sense during the first months. However, the app still has issues. Frequent crashes, non-functional topup, buggy transfer screen, even the chat with support is difficult due to timeouts, keyboard that hides the chat, etc. Push notifications still missing, tax-free allowance information missing, garmin pay support missing and many more. I am still using it due to 3% interest and recent 1.5% cashback promo

App keeps crashing completely Edit: I was able this time to create an account. It did crash again later on at some point, especially if you try to multitask and go to another app (like check an email verification code) it can then freeze and break. It needs a lot of work in terms of stability and performance but lets see how it goes.

You can now get your Tourism for All Pass via the app. This release also includes improvements to Cash Now and overall app performance.
