I was told from a friend about this app and thought to sign up as well. When I did there was (still is atm) a promotion that gives you 20€ when you top up your first 20€ into the app. I haven't recieved that yet after a day so I contacted support which works 24/7 and got an instant reply, and Elli (Έλλη) helped me and told me it can take up to 10 business days to show up in my account. Once I get the promotional 20, I'll edit the review to say how long it took.

Ότι χειρότερο. Stay away from Snappi. My experience to open an account was extremely disappointing. You are required to join a video call. During the call, I could clearly hear multiple conversations happening at the same time, with voices overlapping from other customer services. I was told that the connection was bad, despite having 1 Gbps fiber connection. I was asked to try again and the call was abruptly ended. I uninstalled the app immediately and would not recommend Snappi to others.

Generally an underwhelming experience. It is a mystery why this app was launched without it having functionality. Impossible to navigate account creation, riddled by technical errors. Ignorant customer service that is unable to communicate with the developers. Simply trash.
