Super easy to navigate, and if you lose or need to update or change your information like phone number, password, email, etc. The chat support and the phone support is extremely easy to use even if your not tech savvy. They are always very polite and helpful, and have always been prompt, at least in my experience. I give this a 5/5.

Rarely works on the first try. Routinely requires password resets. Logs you out and makes logging back in a chore if it works at all. Doesn't send verification codes on the first or even the 3rd time I clicked and if it forces a logout and you don't have service then you won't be able to log back in. When it does work it is a convenient way of keeping ID's and passes but you can't really rely on it too be consistent which mostly defeats the point in my opinion

06/28/25 update: still just the worst app. I have renewed my DL but it isn't updated in the app. it was updated before but not now. 11/24/21 update: still doesn't work but now for different reasons. I can't type ANYTHING into the fields to find my vax record. Reported to their feedback system but all still is the same. Tried three times to upload photos. First two were somehow unacceptable, even though all text could be read. The last time it just crashed and wanted me to start over.
