it's probably better to call or email them than to message them in the app. Because I have just sent a message to them from their app and had to back out because I wanted to send them some screenshots. First, the app logged me out and deleted my whole message. And second, it says that my picture was too large. Also, you have to join the credit union in order to apply for their credit cards. They do not have any options for pre-approval.

New version is horrible. With multiple accounts, the old version had a drop down menu you could select from, now you have to login and out of each account individually. I tried to transfer from one account to my other account, can't figure out how. The Help tells you to click a A2A link in the Transactions menu but it's not there. The Move Money menu has a link for another account but when you click it, it's just a message about linking accounts. Apparently updates aren't always improvements.

It's not letting me log in. It gets stuck at "connecting..." ๐Ÿ˜  very frustrating This app is absolutely horrible! I haven't been able to log into since I downloaded it about 2mths ago. I'm new to this bank and I'm really considering closing my acct because of this. I don't feel comfortable using you as my business acct when this app and the website seem so outdated and obviously no one is doing anything about it. I primarily use banking apps for daily needs so this is totally unacceptable.
