App doesn't let me login. Whether through saved login or manual, the app says it's invalid. I even upgraded and got a new phone. Still nothing! I have to go to the actual website in order to check my account. Please fix. This has been going on long enough! Edit: It's been months. You guys gave me a reply, but you've yet to fix the issue with the login fields not recognizing the login credentials. You get 1 Star for not even bothering to fix your problem.

My initial review discussed unreliable online ordering back in 2022. It's 2024 and still a mess. My initial review discussed items that scan as eligible in the isle but at check out the item is no longer eligible. It's 10.2024, still the same ignorant disaster. Now add to this for the past year and a half the app crashes almost constantly. Doesn't matter what phone (Android, iOS) or how new or what update, it still crashes, latest update claims bug fixes still crashes. No excuse for this BS.

Very Difficult to login to, I haven't been able to login with this app for years. I use Pixel 8 now, after a year of attempts and several comments of your app(I login on Main Humana app with no difficulty " Face and Print). It's this APP that refuses to log me in, even after reinstall it multiple of times and countless of"forgot"attempts. I've resorted to web-site to access my Benefits plus and After the years of experience of this app it hasn't improved.
