Terribly glitchy. It's able to find stores only about 10% of the time, and "unexpected error" messages pop up every two seconds. Most of the time it's impossible to check out for some unknown reason. It also glitches out and claims that stores are closed when they aren't. Logs you out at random. Is basically nothing but error messages. Really needs some big bug fixes (or a restoration to a previous version... these all got worse a couple updates back).

When functioning properly, the app is fantastic. However. The app constantly decides that you are offline, even when you have perfect signal. And the only way to attempt a reconnect is to close the app and open it again. (There should really be a button for that.) It will do this usually when you open the app, but pretty commonly while you're currently using the app as well. The app will sometimes claim you checked in at the location, but it didn't actually. I don't have enough more characters..

For years I have ordered Sonic virtually daily. Being able to order ahead in the app was a huge perk so I could pick it up quickly on my way to work or on my lunch. Recently, the app will crash every single time I try to place my order. It always says "hold tight" and then, "prices on your order have been updated" and asks me to reconfirm. It doesn't matter how many times I do that, the order will never go through.
