Ratings and reviews

This app does occasionally do what it's supposed to do: let you order food from Sonic. However, it regularly lags way too much to be of any effective use, and it very regularly times that its connection and gives you vague error messages when you're trying to check out. I don't know if anyone from the app development team is reading these reviews, but they need to fix the significant lagging and connectivity issues.

Worst app ever! It doesn't let you easily change locations, and it takes forever to load. I just spent 20 minutes trying to place an order on the app AFTER selecting my food and ultimately had to give up and order directly at the location. I've given feedback within the app and have messaged the support team. If you're not going to have the capability of keeping up with an efficiently running app, then you should take it down all together and focus your resources on good food for a lower price!

I use the app almost exclusively to get half priced drinks. If they were to get rid of that, I probably wouldn't use it anymore unless they added an actual reward system, not just the same coupons for everyone. Functionality is ok. I would prefer prices next to items while ordering. It's also missing menu items after the update. Update: Big Red not available as an option for combos but available in the drink menu
