The new app design is a disaster: the app is now slower than ever, displaying "no products found" for 30 seconds every time I open it, and lagging whenever a new panel is opened. The new home is a mess: stations, playlists, and albums are now all mixed together, making it actually slower for me to launch the music I want. To top it off, I am now almost completely unable to play albums from my local music library, as this feature has been sacrificed to release this redesign way too soon! 🍕💩

Sonos hardware is great, wish I could say the same for the software. The devices keep on downloading some data, but there is no buffer or cache whatsoever: the slightest bandwidth drop triggers the devices to skip the track. Not pause, skip. So one can enjoy 5 seconds of each track on low bandwidth networks. Play a song twice, means streaming it twice. The Deezer integration is randomly 'forgotten', only a subset of the search results are shown. That's a pity, especially when the hw rocks

50% of the time the SONOS speakers are not found while they are ON, connected, and sometime even playing music. Sometime it's the opposite, impossible to find it from Spotify. The only way is to get up and restart it manually, every day!! no way! This system is a real amateurism, I don't know what they do with the network but it's clearly inefficient. I'll sell it and never buy this brand again, ever... 😔
