SpielDex transforms the legally required playground inspection according to DIN EN 1176-7 into a 60-second mobile workflow – ideal for janitorial services, landscaping companies, property management firms, daycare centers, and municipalities.

HOW IT WORKS

• Document inspections – checklist according to DIN EN 1176-7, GPS tracking, photos as evidence, and inspection type (visual routine, operational, or annual main inspection). Every entry is tamper-proof: no deletion, only cancellation with justification.

• Record defects – with severity level (minor/medium/dangerous), equipment blocking, and additional rectification note including name, timestamp, and photo. Nothing is overwritten; everything remains traceable.


• • Equipment inventory for each playground – category, manufacturer, year of manufacture, and reference photo for each piece of equipment.

• PDF inspection log – for each playground and time period, including legal basis (DE / AT / CH), defect list, and photo attachment. Perfect for handover to clients, operators, and authorities.

• Team – the owner manages, employees document. Invitation via code in seconds.

• Inspection reminder – optional weekly notification to ensure no deadline is missed.
