About this app

RegalDex transforms the legally required rack inspection according to DIN EN 15635 and DGUV Regulation 108-007 into a 60-second mobile workflow – for warehouse operators, logistics companies, retailers, tradespeople, and facility management service providers.

Employers must regularly inspect racking systems (German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health/German Occupational Safety and Health Act): weekly visual inspections plus annual expert inspections. In the event of damage or a claim, only complete documentation counts. RegalDex provides exactly that:

• Document the inspection – 12-point checklist according to DIN EN 15635

(impact protection, uprights, crossbeams, safety pins, load labels,
loading…), GPS stamp, photographic evidence, inspection type (visual inspection /
expert inspection). Entries are tamper-proof (cancellation only with
justification).

• Damage using a traffic light system – Green (monitor), Orange (dangerous:

relieve the load, repair within 4 weeks), Red (relieve the load immediately and

block) including "Field/Row Blocked" and additional repair note
with name, timestamp, and photo.

• Shelf row inventory per warehouse – shelf type, manufacturer, year of manufacture, shelf and
bay load according to the load plate, reference photo.

• PDF inspection report per warehouse and period – including legal basis (DE/AT/CH),

traffic light legend, damage list, and photo attachment. Ideal for the shelf inspection log,

for insurance, employers' liability insurance association, and clients.

• Team – owner manages, employees document (invitation codes).

• Inspection reminder – local weekly notification.
