This was my first time using this app, and the experience was very disappointing. The location entered in the app was correct, but the driver still went to a different building about 300 meters away. When I tried to guide him, he was rude, angry, and extremely unprofessional. I even shared a photo of my apartment and asked him to check the landmark board (a medical center), but he refused to look. I eventually had to go to his location myself to collect the order.

Khidmah Delivery is one of the worst delivery apps I’ve ever used. Even after 2 hours of placing my order, there was no delivery and no proper response from customer service. I called the helpline four times, and every time they said, “We’ll check with the rider and call you back,” but no one ever did. After waiting so long, I suddenly received a notification saying “Order Delivered”, but I never received anything! When I called again, the helpline had no idea what was happening.

Never order from this. Seems like some issue with riders. You will be waiting for hours to get the delivery and finally you end up calling customer executive to cancel the order. Better to select cash on delivery all the time. Because they update order as delivered for the cancelled order, not sure why.
