The update is horrible. Having to use a new conversation thread for the same client is ridiculous. One for an email. One for text. It makes the inbox incredibly busy and hard to track conversation threads with the same client. I cannot schedule the phone calls to go to voicemail based on office hours without paying for an upgrade to 45 per used per month. And if you integrate your fax number, just fyi, it removes it from your spruce account and you can no longer use spruce for outbound faxes.

Hi Brea, Spruce now unifies all communication for every client under their Contact card. Each type of communication has its own conversation, which ensures that you+clients see the same view at all times. We have not changed plan features or pricing. Fax numbers in Spruce work for both inbound+outbound faxes. Please message support for add'l help!

Great client communication platform with options for phone, email, text, fax, and secure messaging. I love that I can use this application on both my computer and phone. I am a solo provider therapy practice, so I don't have insight into the group practice functions (team messaging, etc.). I have always found customer service to be helpful and responsive. Only feature I found to be good not great was the video call. I had issues with sound and stable video connection (but I never used the app)

Very easy to use and can be used on any device including website for desktops. Simple interface, allows you to message your provider whenever you need to. I've been using Spruce for 6 months or so, and I haven't had any issues with connectivity, audio quality or video quality or the app having any bugs. Also, a small thing I like, it rings for a while before it says you missed the call, so you have a few seconds to situate and gather yourself for the appointment.
