Many important features don't work. I've been trying to switch my ACH payment from monthly to bi-weekly for 2 months. Customer service reps can't seem to get the new payment schedule to work even though I received confirmation in writing from SPS that my payments will be made bi-weekly. The app doesn't work, it is "experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". The app is terrible and so is SPS as a whole. Inefficient, disorganized, antiquated processes, procedures and technology

I can never access this app! And when I could, and made a payment via the app, I ended up severely behind on my mortgage payment! I do not recommend using this to pay your mortgage. I now wire my mortgage payments Because that is the most reliable way of knowing that my payment got directly to SPS. I only gave one star cuz I had no choice. It would be negative five stars if

horrible customer support. mortgage was transferred since march, and information is incorrect - the info from the previous servicer was correct, when we tried correcting it by calling customer support, was asked to upload multiple proof of identification, then it now says it takes 30 days to do a name change from the typo their own system created. They have all the documents deed of sale, social security, drivers license and still couldn't process. Seriously?
