My mortgage was recently transferred to SPS, and the experience has been terrible from the start. I was not properly notified about the transfer, and by the time I became aware, the account was already marked 15 days past due. Now they are demanding additional fees just to allow me to make the first payment, which makes absolutely no sense. I was ready and willing to pay, but instead of helping, they created unnecessary penalties and complications. This feels like a setup to generate fees rath

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the transfer of your loan. We have many fee free options available to make your payment, including setting up automatic monthly withdrawal. You can learn more about the options and sign up for automatic payments through the app.

App is simple and pretty straightforward, pretty much the same thing as their website. One suggestion is putting an option to edit or cancel a pending payment, currently you need to call and have a representative do this for you.

it's not really optimized appropriately for phones. half the screen is blocked by that 360 tab. it's usable to pay the mortgage tho, so it gets an extra star for at least being functional for what I need it for.
