SRAM AXS app connects to your smart devices, enabling personalization of your bike - and ride. That includes configuring components the way you want, keeping a close eye on battery levels and exploring cross-category integrations. (Dropper post with a drop bar groupset? No problem!)

AXS app allows you to control and learn from your bike, bringing new levels of interaction with AXS enabled components. The more you know, the more you learn, the more you love.

Ratings and reviews

Very slow, keeps losing connection to components, and when it's time to update firmware it takes several tries to get the update to start. Hard to imagine how this app could be worse, but I guess when SRAM has a captive audience they don't need to invest in making the app fast and robust

Literally, I have tried everything I could do to try and connect to my rear derailer so I can fine-tune it. Nothing but connection errors time after time. Honestly, a year ago, when I got this system, I loved it. Now that I am unable to do something as simple as fine tune, my rear derailer, I absolutely hate it. Honestly, I will not go with nor recommend SRAM for quite some time until I hear that they address these ridiculous connection issues. If they ever do... so long, dear friend.

Horrible. Buggy and useless most of the time. Thanks for responding. Here is more detail. I have SRAM Force AXS. The front derailleur has issues and the dealer replaced it. Still has issues. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app twice to get it to see the new FD. The configuration links wouldn't work either. The links are not intuitive. You don't know what's wrong but there was no response. So the only recourse is the uninstall and reinstall.
