SRAM AXS app connects to your smart devices, enabling personalization of your bike - and ride. That includes configuring components the way you want, keeping a close eye on battery levels and exploring cross-category integrations. (Dropper post with a drop bar groupset? No problem!)

Ratings and reviews

The app lacks basic functionality. It won't record any data unless you connect it to a bike computer head unit. Why can't it just use my phone GPS? What's the point of having this app on my phone if doing anything with it requires a bike computer? My phone is infinitely more capable and powerful with more sensors than a bike computer, but the app doesn't take advantage of any of that. It also won't integrate with data Strava or any other app. It will only work with a dedicated computer.

Literally, I have tried everything I could do to try and connect to my rear derailer so I can fine-tune it. Nothing but connection errors time after time. Honestly, a year ago, when I got this system, I loved it. Now that I am unable to do something as simple as fine tune, my rear derailer, I absolutely hate it. Honestly, I will not go with nor recommend SRAM for quite some time until I hear that they address these ridiculous connection issues. If they ever do... so long, dear friend.

App will no longer allow me to configure the controls, rendering it near useless. The option "Configure Controls" simply had an exclamation mark by it, with no explanation why. I tried everything, even going as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing. Until this is fixed the app is virtually useless, since firmware updates are really not all that important.

What’s new

Bug fixes: Deleted components no longer displayed in Parts Bin menu after next login, and cassette options are now showing in OTG Enhanced Mode. Including fixing a bug that caused a crash when marking all notifications as read.
