with this new update I can't damage a package out while I am in the delivery. I scanned the packages when I'm in front of the building. Then when I get in there with the customer, if they notice something is damaged, I can't damage it out from the app. Also, after I've scanned the boxes, I can no longer refuse a package now. We've always been able to do these things...PLEASE PUT THESE OPTIONS BACK ON THERE! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Ok, better than the previous app used by Staples delivery. Would be nice to be able to go back from camera mode to drop destination to change where packages are dropped. When doing initial scan-in customer names nor addresses are shown. Any missed scans need a manifest to identify. Last but not least a CHANGE LOG would be great with updates.

Fix the battery problem! Phone gets hot because battery is draining fast. Also, fix the camera freeze issue. I hate the new signature screen. customers are confused and type their name instead of signing like they used to.
