I deliver packages for Staples and we had to use the app I hate it horrible app You stays crashing it's slowing with my deliveries having to constantly uninstall reinstall clear catch and all that and sometimes that don't even work why today I haven't been able to get on it all day I had to use two different phones just to be able to get on that and use the app with the technology they have for consumers this app could and should work way better seriously 👎🏿👎🏿

When exactly are you going to address the constant crashing issues? I can't leave the screen without having to log back in. It will also freeze after I take a picture and have to be forced closed, then reopened. Then I have to stand there playing on my phone in front of a customer, logging back in, just to see if it saved the picture or not.

Every day it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled for use multiple times. It freezes and it kicks u out.
