It need guts to create such useless app and ask for feedback, tried signing up it says already registered when try to login it says you are not signed up then call customer care they suggested to send email now I am afraid to send them an email as they will surely suggest me to call the customer number

frustrating. inefficient. I have balance on the app walllet, yet payment wont go through. tried using a credit card, again payment won't go through. any transaction am trying to pay through the app, not processing. I have lost my voucher as well. tried 5 transactions for 1 coffee!!! app payment won't work even on starbucks wifi.

My birthday is on 19 december 2025 (8 dsys left). I downloaded this app to add my favourite coffee to my cart. I clicked on place order to check that does it support pay on delivery but it doesn't showed any option. Please add pay on delivery option so that I can taste my very first try of Starbucks coffee.
