The worst reward system that a cafe can have. You cannot use a single reward. the staff is always clueless...No clarification on what kind of drinks is the reward applicable on... the app keeps showing rewards at 10 different places and they are already redeemed, whether or not I use it. Worst UI/UX ever. Worst FNB app.. but we keep going back to Starbucks.

painful to sign up, everyone time says OTP expired when trying to register. I had heard the rewards help you revisit store often to enjoy your coffee however the store team couldn't help solve this and we need to wait for an App update to fix this!

I am a starbucks gold member but the new reward system is so bad. it used to give you a free tall drink every 10 stars and now they have a star collecting where we have to collect 300 stars to redeem the same offer its pathetic honestly the old model was so easier and user friendly
