I am writing to report a technical error I am currently experiencing while at your Juhu store. I recently purchased a new card, but I am unable to add it to my existing Starbucks app under my registered number, an error card already allocated pops up. Additionally, I loaded my gold card with a balance of ₹2000, but this amount is not appearing in my account. This situation has caused tremendous inconvenience as my funds are blocked. App GLITCH RECTIFY!

This App is highly irritating to use. The App tells me that the email is already registered but allows logging in only through the mobile number. This is highly absurd and does not reflect proper designing. The whole process of logging in should not have been so complicated. This is a disappointment from such an iconic brand as Starbucks.

worst app. not able to find items of my choice to eat. though the items available on the outlet. further I want to add my gift voucher received against redemption of credit card reward from standard chartered Bank. there is no customer care number on the app. this is worst app.
