Ratings and reviews

The app generally works well, although sometimes it does take a while to load the payment screen. Suggestion: In the Mobile Pay & Order screen, have a check box ☑️ to exclude those stores that don't offer this service.

This app always has an issue. I can't pay using the app whenever I go to your store. You need to improve the stability of this especially you're a multi million company having millions of customers that relies on your app for payment

Could NOT Register. I'm only in the 1st stage and it doesn't work! What more when already using the app? This is so frustrating. I've tried so many times on different days in a span of a month on differenttimes too. I asked help from a barista in one of the drive-throughs in Libis and she said that the app sometimes doesn't work. This is not sometimes. It never worked for me at all! I hope this gets fixed.
