Introducing new ways to pick up orders using the app – simply tap to order and choose to pick up from a store, a drive-thru window, an outdoor pickup point or the store’s parking spot.

Track your Stars and redeem Rewards for a free drink or food from the bakery and cake menu. Receive custom offers as a Starbucks® Rewards member.

Simply sign in with a registered email address and password for existing Starbucks Rewards members or join the Starbucks® Rewards program for new members.

Ratings and reviews

Mobile Order & Pay option does not work. Placed an online order through the app in the hopes that upon arriving in the store my order was ready for pick-up. After walking for several minutes and arriving at the store, they weren't able to receive a prompt for my order. Store staff and I had to wait a few minutes before my order appeared on their POS. Hoping this feedback might help for app improvements.

Please lower the screen brightness when users go through the Top Up section of the app. I understand that the app need to max the brightness to be able to properly scan the barcode for payments but during the Top Up process please don't let us be blinded by the high brightness and revert it back to user's default.

The app is not working. Uninstalled installed, but still app is stuck on the logo. The app is useless now. You have to bring your card if you want to maximize your star earning and use your funds to pay for your drink.
