It works well until it doesn't. To re-pair my hearing aids without uninstalling the app have to go into the Bluetooth settings and unpair them. It finds them and then it can't find them (Caused by iPad being on). Instructions are very basic and no suggestions if you have problems. Samsung S20 FE 5G, not the best supported phone. Vitality AI 24 After turning off Bluetooth on a few other devices it worked. You have to use the app to pair them and the normal Bluetooth to unpair them.

Using My Audibel app with new Vitality AI ITC 24 R rechargeable hearing aid in the Rear.I have had the new hearing aid and have the app for 3 week. I am week technically adept & find new software and hardware easy to adjust. App can adjust most of the major bells and whistles my hearing aid has. App has only crashed a couple times. I use app to adjust the EQ settings in each environment I end up in. The most common EQ adjustments are to increase the treble in the setting Edge+ is okay

After I downloaded the app, all of my bluetooth devices, including my vehicles, messed up. The connections to all other bluetooth devices last only a few minutes at a time. My hearing aids have been a life saver, but this app is useless and is a sales gimmick. I gave it a while thinking the bugs would be fixed, but they were not. I am having to uninstall this app in hopes that everything else will work as it should. Fix the kinks, make it android compatible, and I will try again later.
