You're spending a ton of money on a trip. Do you really want to waste the first two days with jet lag? This app is for tracking the customized plans you buy from the publisher. I've used them on trips, and they are remarkably effective and well worth the money.

Plus, the StopJetLag app furnishes you with timely alerts for your comprehensive and effective jet lag advice.

I used StopJetLag on a trip from Canada to Denmark and didn't suffer from any jet lag. The app was handy as it saved me from having to carry around a hard copy of the recommended schedule.
