This is app is amazing, it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket. This is my first attempt at a workout program and the app makes the process easy and fun. I just show up and it tells me the exercise and the weight. That's it! It takes care of everything else i.e. journalling, HowTos etc. Lastly, the developer is awesome. I reached out about some exercise questions and he immediately responded with brilliant advice and direction.

I used this app to become the strongest I've ever been, in my mid 30s. It's so easy to use the app and follow the protocols, even for complete beginners, even with only a few hours available a week, but it also leaves space for diving in deep. I highly recommend watching the video instructions, printing the cheat sheets for each workout from the site, and adding notes as you get better at the forms. No real complaints about the app, but I wish there was a Wear OS app again.

I'm using the paid version so not OG 5x5 and I like this flexibility. Overall it's good. For some reason I can't lower exercises down to BW anymore. Some days I use weights and sometimes I just do bodyweight due to disability. But I'm unable to input 0 weight. Another thing is on calendar view you can only see one workout per day. I often combine different routines on the same day but it's not reflected on the calendar. Not too important but hopefully it could be fixed some day.
