This App has been great! Easy to track the workout, built in timer, guides on the fly, this App is AMAZING! The only thing I wish they had was a some kind of way to connect to my watch. That and a way to see your potential lifting weight in the future if you stay on track would be a great motivator. Still, a perfect App to get you going and keep you in the game! Great job to Medhi and the developers.

Thank you! We haven't received that many requests for android wear yet. Right now we're focused on other features Stronglifters have requested. If we get more requests for Android wear, we'll consider adding it.

App is great, program is great for starting out. It misses out on some dynamic movements, flexibility, mobility and such, but the predictable, clear progression is amazing for starting. You will blow yourself away, and with that confidence, you can move onto other things you like more (or stick to it, if you like it that much!) Update: Still amazing

I downgraded back to the old version and disabled auto-update in the Play Store (thankfully, all my previous data was still there; I just had to re-enter the data from the workout I did with the new version). I love the feedback the app gives based on my performance. This is valuable to me as a beginner. I love the simplicity of the workout program and the clean layout of the app. After just a few weeks I can already begin to see and feel progress. I feel more motivated than ever!

The server used for v2 will stop working in a few months, once v3 is fully released. You need to go back to v3 or you'll get issues later with v2. Email me at

- NEW: set different reps/weight per set (pyramid, drop set, etc). Go to start workout, tap weight, disable straight sets.
