The app is fine (when I can actually use it), but very time I've tried to place an order lately, there's always an issue. Either I'm told "Something went wrong" after trying to log in, biometric log-in doesn't work, or my entire order gets wiped after trying to leave the app for a moment to message someone just to confirm an order. It's infuriating how inconsistent this app is. Even when I can use it, there are very long delay times between pressing an option and anything actually happening.

This app is somewhat useful in the sense that it saves me from having to wait in long lunch lines, but man this app is stupid. There are so many flaws. For starters, the lack of a confirmation before you place an order. It'd be nice if could make sure my order was correct before I accidentally push 'place order' and get stuck with something I didn't really want (yes this happened). Or how about the ability to edit a previous order reorder without having to get chips and a drink first.

Deals are good when the app works. What's the most basic thing an app needs to do? I've been unable to order on the app more times than I've been able to order due to a "generic online error". I've done all suggestions, cleared cache, completely removed and reinstalled etc., the error persists. I would recommend not getting started with the rewards as eventually you won't be able to order anyway.
