Ratings and reviews

The app deserves 0 stars. Every time I try to log in, I get a message saying "Oops, something went wrong on our end!" Very convenient that your app doesn't work right before the deadline for submitting claims. A bunch of scammers and pirates. Highly do not recommend signing up for Sunlife if you have the choice. What a waste of my employee contributions. Save your money and your time and find a provider that will actually give you the option of getting reimbursed for your claims.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. It is next to possible to find benefits information. When I search the coverage I am looking for nothing is returned. When I click on the links that are suggested as 'popular' it says I don't have that type of coverage, even though I do. So frustrating and never seems to get better.

App is fine overall when it works. but every other day it is down. even attempting to login again sometimes fixes it. UI design is mediocre, information is available, but hard to understand sometimes. There's alot of transactions that do nothing. Menu glitches alot, especially when going to sign out it goes through 2-3 refreshes that move buttons around - very annoying.
