Edit 12/18/2025: My original points were restored, but I lost out on the 1500 to 1800 points that I earned before restoration. I switch devices and cannot log in, it gets stuck at a blank auth page. I had about 16,000 points for rewards on 12/11/2025, never had the opportunity to use them. Showed up as 0 points after I signed in. Today, I gained 1,500 points and only shows up as 1,500 points. All of my points were lost for no reason. It takes 25,000 points to get any desirable reward.

What's more motivating than prizes for exercise?! Overall it's a great app. I like that you can weigh yourself and manually add your weight into your tracking app and you aren't required to have a smart scale. Sometimes it doesn't refresh. I also wish the step goals went from 6000, 10000, and 12000, rather than starting at 3000. It would be nice if it automatically accepted all the challenges once they were available. But I would recommend this app!

I used to love this app. First, it starte with It has never successfully connected to my fitbit device, but I've always been able to manually log my steps. Then it went to the medals,which are a total pain to acquire but you can use points to redeem for medals,, even though the amount required is too high Just got on to log steps, and see that this option has been removed. So I guess its now time to remove this app and make room for something different.
