Apparently if your phone is rooted the app won't run on your phone. On top of that, the website gets stuck on the last page before you can make a payment. Been this way for a few days now. I would have given zero stars since I can't even access it. JS

Easy to use. One problem is my fingerprint authentication fails every time and it says the services and available but on my information is still there and I just have to click login not sure why the fingerprint thing messes up every time. There's also neat things you can find in there about rebates and stuff like that that are really helpful. And you can pull up your previous bills and check your energy use and contact Santee Cooper directly as well

Your app took all of my info and at the very last stage asked me to confirm a password, which once confirmed still did not work, so then I went to your website, got to last step, pressed pay bill, and nothing happened again. On top of that you said by paying at your website you are not have to pay an extra fee but that was a lie. Your app stinks.
