I opened app and pop up says it says needs update. I went to update and only options were to uninstall or open. Neither worked. now I do not have even the old version on my device. if you're going to update an app, be sure it works before being released. I also am not sure fab of the new pricing, my March bill doubled over last year's. I am a single household, and don't use many resources, I hate to see what the June, July and August bill will be.

This app automatically switched me to paperless billing, but since I almost always pay my bill in person, I need a paper bill! I went back in and manually turned email and phone options off for billing, only to receive an email that they were both turned back on. I wish I'd never installed this!

Your app took all of my info and at the very last stage asked me to confirm a password, which once confirmed still did not work, so then I went to your website, got to last step, pressed pay bill, and nothing happened again. On top of that you said by paying at your website you are not have to pay an extra fee but that was a lie. Your app stinks.
