not user friendly, almost zero customer service... they answer.. but they dont solve your problem

Useful card. Easy to add money as BOB offices can be found almost everywhere. Took a star off for 2 reasons : no Euro currency. As exchange rate would cost more. It would be useful to exchange 2 currencies within the app like other cards. This would lead to use more cash when you fly to Europe . Second reason is the points you earn are pointless since most available stores don't even have vouchers. Hope this would change soon.

I have been using the facilities on the app and it's debit card since July, it works well, easy to to fill your wallet through BOB which is more convenient than any smart ATM with any bank. Very low fees. The lounge access in the airport is easy and free for now (I only used the lounge access in Lebanon). I used the card outside of Lebanon and it worked well with low fees. Online purchase it works I even stopped using my current debt account in one of the local banks. I recommend it.
