App is missing import basic features like ability to pay statements. It's very limited, which is extra frustrating as they no longer have a client web portal thus forcing you to use only the app. It's also very buggy, often alerts are not received. Again extra frustrating as they don't sent email alerts for things like statements available either. So you end up having to do most things manually. This all is just about to make me cancel the card.

Password recovery process doesn't work. I am not receiving an email with a reset code. Registering again doesn't work either since the email address is already in use (which confirms that I'm entering the correct email address). Why would you deprecate the website support if the equivalent app is flawed and has a 1.3/5 review on Play Store? Later edit: customer support was able to quickly tell me that the problem was with my account being suspended. However the app should clearly state so.

As their credit card client, you're forced to use this app. All other digital account access has been discontinued. The App only works if you change safety features on your phone, which you may not want to do. If you budge to that requirement, you're facing a buggy app with security measures of the former Sowjet Union (and the same customer service, to say the least) All in all, it's best to cancel your credit cards with them and go elsewhere... Stay away from this app...
