If I could give less stars, I would. This garbage company somehow has a lock on almost every major retailer to manage their credit cards. Not only do they make the worst possible decisions every update, but also chooses to log you out every time. Wouldn't be a problem if it didn't require the single phone number you have tied to your account with no flexibility. I changed carriers and now have no access to login. Can't change the phone number without the (you guessed it) phone number!

Well since the recent update I have lost the ability to even access my account through the app. When I search the type of account I have it does not pop up. Unlike before where the app worked like the website I just logged in using my username and password and also had a biometrics which made it easier and more convienent. Now I don't have any of that. So, to pay my creditcare with Synchrony I must go to the website otherwise I am unable to pay at all.
