I just logged into the app a couple of days ago I was able to see all of my Synchrony accounts at once. Today I open the app, I'm logged out and prompted to select an account. I select my Sam's club account and of course my stored Synchrony password for the app doesn't work. Annoyed I went to the website. Its working as normal. Why change the app? Offer a universal passkey so we can get away from these passwords. I don't have time for this going back to using the website for now. 🤬

Totally inept, useless app. No access to simply view transactions, past or future payments or edit upcoming payments. Can't delete bank accounts that have been added. I must have entered in incorrect info for my bank when I scheduled several payments, so now I get automated letters every month telling me the payment was reversed, rather than pulling from the second set of bank info I entered. I've resorted to paying manually. Never experienced such a pointless app, honestly.

Unfortunately, I've not been able to login/register/use the mobile app as it doesn't recognize any of my accounts to register. When you use the 'find my account' feature, it sends you to the private party's associated synchrony website for your cards login. WTH. You've GOT to be kidding. Doesn't help you to find your account so you can register with the damned app. Just sends you off and away.
