I opened this account over 2 years ago and rarely used it. After not using it for so long they closed my account. Thats gonna hurt my credit score I've been trying so hard to build. Because I'm losing credit history, and a line of credit. So my overall credit limit dropped, ultimately increasing my credit usage. If they are going to force you to use the card then they should have some sort of inactivity fee. Rather than close your account for inactivity. Highly disappointed...

The app was easy to use. I even froze my account to prevent fraud from happening on the account. However, they took away my card account because someone was using my account to buy things fraudulently. When I realized the fraud that was happening & stopped paying for the purchases that weren't mine, Amazon closed my card account for not paying the disputed amounts.

The app used to show what items you had purchased at Amazon for each transaction, but it no longer does. That was a feature I really liked, because it made it easy to balance my card transactions against my budgeting app (Amazon bills by shipment, so if a single order is split into several shipments, the numbers don't match). Now the app is basically useless for me, and it's easier to just log into the website.
