The way in which payments are taken needs to change. I had just enough money in my account to order a takeaway, so I went and placed an order. The money went out of my account not long after ordering, and the clock kept ticking on the my order being accepted. About 10 minutes had passed, then suddenly, I got a notification saying that my order had been cancelled. This then meant that I cannot use the money to order from elsewhere. Money should not be taken from people's accounts until accepted.

Hi James, I'm sorry to see your order was rejected, whilst we do advise 3-5 working days for the money to return back to your available balance, it does usually revert within less than 24 hours. Easy to use, and the food doesn't take as long as a lot of other places do. Gives you options that's easy to deal with. Like if you want salad with it etc etc. Never had a problem with the delivery drivers either. Always polite and good natured. 5 stars, because sometimes I can be quite retarded when it comes to stuff online, but I successfully ordered a meal on this app š¤š¤š¤š¤š¤

Was a bit unfair in my previous review i thought to give it another try as i just don't like the other apps, glad i did now i quite like it. This time the new customer Ā£3 voucher came through by tx so i could apply it, i like that when i made my order it gave me the restaurants phone number to call with any issues, on justeat you have to search around the help option to find the contact number. It was quick and simple to order im sticking with food hub from now on.
