Has to be the worst of the food delivery apps. If there is an issue youre "greeted" by their apparent ai, i say apparent as it seems to be something fresh out of the 1980s. Last time using the app i'd urge others to be aware as if there is a problem you'll have their help system saying " sorry please rephrase" repeatedly until you liose the will to live. Fortunately my late order arrived or i'd still be trying to get a reponse now.

sometimes some food is missing I ring who ever I ordered from and straight on it, I've never had any problems with all the worker's. I've have a an issue with the delivery Price's going up and also put a price for a bag which is a paper bag, when 5p per bag came out was for none meat now you have to pay for a bag that people won't be able to reuse.

Takes ages of deliver and it is very difficult to reach the driver, they don't reach the restaurants on time and take their own time to deliver, restaurant said that my food was ready and they were waiting for the driver to pick it up but even they were not able to reach them, I was already waiting for 2 hours and no update. it's unprofessional and bad service...
