Absolutely terrible. I found it through a pop-up add and decided to give it a shot, but it's just completely predatory. It doesn't work, giving an error message whenever I press the activation button, but far worse is that I can't figure out how to cancel the 7 day free trial. I tried multiple times, and found a place that seemed promising and let me remove my card as a payment method and was still charged.. The Ui is terrible and confusing, it's clearly designed to be hard to cancel.

Do not download this app! it's an absolute scam. My wife signed up for a 30 day free trial and after 1 week she was charged 11.99USD for a one month subscription. On their website, they also advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. We contacted Guru VPN about this issue and we were met with a resounding no, our money will not be refunded without a proper reason or justification. Be careful with this app.

I cancelled the subscription and it's still trying to steal my money every week. Luckily my card declines every time, but the moment it doesn't decline and cash is taken out, there will be serious problems. Other than that, the VPN itself works, but its premium features do absolutely nothing. UPDATE: I deleted every account I had, so hopefully it won't try to charge me anymore.
