My experience with Tazaj was very disappointing. After placing the order, I realized there is no way to cancel the order within the app. There is no "Help & Support" section, no live chat, and no easy way to reach customer care. I was left with no option to cancel my mistaken order or to speak to customer service. The lack of such a basic feature is a major shortcoming.

When I knew that the brand did not cooperate with delivery apps, I was happy that it does its own delivery, which meant the delivery fees should be less, but the amount of disappointment I got when I saw the delivery fees, my goodness, its double the amount compared to the delivery apps, I'm better off ordering from other apps than this.

1st The app has some bugs which reset the registration form. 2nd I ordered as guest account and choose to self pickup, when I reached the branch drive through the order window guy told me online order should be pick up from inside not here. What the purpose for order pickup then. Anyway I entered the branch and told the cashier who is very nice and cooperative and I inquire about drive through pickup which he said yes it's possible. So the drive through guy was clearly lying.
