I've tried to contact Tea Checker to have the charges stop coming out from my bank account, but I haven't had any response. I keep getting charged around the same day each month about $36 and it has to stop! The app or website has no way to cancel, but I thought it was supposed to be a one time charge. These are unauthorized charges! reply and help me, or I will go further

They offered a Fifty-nine cents trial and after the trial it's $17.99. I was charged $17.99 twice immediately after signing up. I emailed their support several times and was told they would refund $17.99. I sent another email stating the advertisement on fb said Fifty-nine cents and please refund the second $17.99 charge also. They never responded to refunding the second charge. They are deceptive with advertisement and fraudulent charges. (BEWARE)
