Smooth operation the entire time, fast, responsive, visually appealing desktop scenario. Navigation felt 'near there', and was a better experience than I've had recently with other rds. This session was using a chromebook using a shared t-mobile 5g connection connecting to a Custom-Built Win11 VideoTranscoding maching (I mention transcoding as this machine is usually running with bandwidth and cpu usage consistently at the 80+% saturation level.

The app is great, I have no complaints about remote sessions. But I'm going to lower the rating to 1 star because of lack of freedom to manage the license. The app does not allow you to cancel automatic renewal and you have to request it from technical support, they does not inform you that your license is about to be renewed to give you time to cancel (28 days), they forces you to pay for a full year and finally threatens you with "charges and/or a collection process". Very disappointed.

I like the app, but its functionality on a mobile network is proving to be problematic. The windows version works pretty well, but the mobile app is where I'm having an issue. I added my mobile device as a secure connection and granted easy access. On my network it works very well. Login from mobile access requires a password that appears to reset each time the desktop is restarted. I can't log in without the latest password. 😕
