Having this option is nice for people like me who struggle with anxiety around doctors appointments. However, my experience with the mental health part was not great. The number of times that I tried to schedule appointments and couldn't because "the time I requested was no longer available" is depressingly high. I had that happen across 4 doctors and something like 20 appointment times in a single sitting. Yet, the same times were still available to choose. The app was buggy in general too.

This is one of the worst apps I've been forced to use. Videocalls barely work and when they do work they're doubling your audio or not picking up your voice at all. The app itself crashes constantly and is extremely slow to respond to any commands along with frequently giving errors. Sometimes I literally can't use the app to the point where I have to go get on the desktop PC to get anything done. Hire a new app developer

2020- 4 stars, Easy to use! Would give it a 5 star but it doesnt ever remember my pin and asks me to set it up every time. Also, lately it takes a few minutes to get logged in and will give an error message a couple times before i can get in. ***Review updated and reduced to 3 stars, May 2023, bc of the frustrations i have had with making an apt with my therapist and the fact that the video call feature does not work right on my Android phone. I have to use my computer to complete appointments.
