Video calling is non-functional, so don't even try. You MIGHT get a doctor that speaks English if you're lucky, I'm 50/50 so far. If your description of symptoms is too mild, you won't get a script. If your description is too severe, they'll tell you you have to go see a doctor. You have to hit that perfect sweet spot if you want a script from them.
Called two times in one weekend trying to avoid the high cost of taking my son to ANY office, and ended up having to take him anyway. Both doctors barely let me talk and explain what was going on, or the pattern of my son's symptoms over the past 5 years. They cut me off, didn't listen and refused to prescribe what I knew has worked for him in the past. Should have taken him to the real doctor and maybe he would have been better by now. Should have known, you get what you pay for.
Terrible service, was told to gurgle with salt water and take tylenol for sore throat after I said I already tried that for 2 days. And said I need antibiotics but wanted me to go to urgent care still. Bullshit.
They can't seem to "find" me in order to set u up an account, or if they do, I get all the way to the end and it times out while processing all of the extensive data they request.
It's so convenient when I travel and even when I'm home. It allows me to stay at work and request the least amount of time off. Unless, I really need to be bed written or I have a fever I love that I don't miss work.
I love so easy and convenient.....both kids was sick and got the doctor and scripts within the hour....its like mommy love
