App is very flawed. Messages page will not open or respond at all so im unable to accept my next appointment, my provider didn't even get notice of one of my appointments until the day of despite it being scheduled weeks in advance. When I try to open the email link to accept my new appointment in the browser, it makes me reset my password and won't take my credentials unless I use the app, where I can't access messages! This has been going on for as long as I've had the app (appx 5 months)

The service is great, super easy to get everything set up, but like everyone else in the reviews I have to agree the apps functionality is bad, just minutes using it and you'll find a handful of issues like how it won't let me leave the medical history screen unless I close the app down..why (1 year later and the same issues are here and then some)

The service is great but the app is horrible. I was using the Livongo app before and that was much better. The resources in the teladoc app in comparison are lacking. I used to be able find healthy tips and meal plans but can't find them here. I also feel like I'm going in circles in the app without getting anywhere. It's pretty good at tracking my health though
