Terrible app! I deposited $10 but when I'd try sending messages insufficient funds pops up. Called customer service & got that taken care of, then I had issues sending pics. Five out of 9 pics didn't go thru and it says "Denied: StatusesSyncServices"...but best believe I was charged for sending them. That was a few days ago. Now I can't send pics at all. There's no need for GTL to fix the problem because there's no competition, so they know we'll just deal with it. Smh.

The app is HORRIBLE!!!! I can't even add money to your account on the app. It doesn't allow me to make videos on the app and when I upload a video from my files it only sends 5 seconds of the video. It cuts off the last few words of messages whether you're sending or receiving them. It constantly runs slow. It's just a HORRIBLE app and I hate that it's the only way to communicate with my loved ones!!!!!!!!!!!! WE NEED ANOTHER OPTION!!!!! I wish I could've given this rating ZERO stars.

Installed the app, put all the personal information in, verified everything they asked me, signed my life away, got logged into the app. Found the inmate, typed - sent a message and that's when it informed me that I needed to deposit money. Understood, makes sense, no problem. Click on the deposit button goes to the screen where it looks like it's trying to load something. But that's it, never loads. Waited 2 days, same result. App doesn't work.
